Scott worked as a Young Global Leader (2009) World Economic Forum, an honor that is the forum selected each year for the 200 most important young executives in the age of 40 years worldwide recognition. Elizabeth received her MA in Human Rights at the University of San Carlos. She has over 10 years experience in the design and facilitation of dialogue processes for different post-conflict context, in Guatemala, including talks toward a national policy for rural development and national policy for women. She specializes in public and political dialogue, mediation, negotiation, and the systematization of experiences and lessons learned from these processes. He has published several books and articles on conflict peacebuilding, post-conflict and human rights. He also has several advisory national and international institutions instead.
